Nature Journaling - During these twin 90-minute sessions we’ll integrate meditation, mindful walking and being in nature to engage in a deeply reflective practice as we explore the green space adjacent to the library. Bring your favorite journal or sketch pad or use one of our complimentary notebooks to capture your impressions and make meaning of your experience. We’ll gather in the Boardwalk Room (on the lower level) to begin.
