Join NASA JPL Solar System Ambassador Donald German as he shares his knowledge (and Saturn V model rocket) of how we got to the moon. Donald's enthusiasm for space science makes this presentation perfect for anyone age 10 and up and will include a brief lecture as well as time for questions and answers. Registration is required for this event and "space" is limited. All attendees will receive a pair of eclipse viewing glasses to use on April 8th 2024.
The Great North American Eclipse is Monday April 8, 2024 and the Cape will experience 90% totality. Sandwich Public Library has partnered with SEAL (Solar Eclipse Activities for Libraries) to bring our patrons fun and informative programs about this very special event.
