Winter Embodiment Workshop: Exploring seasonal rituals, self-care practices, and how to deepen your roots of connection

We are pleased to welcome Nicole Hendrick Donovan, author, Reiki Master, sound healer and reflective writing guide, along with Sheree Asdot, Embodiment Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Hypnotist for this unique and meaningful workshop. 

We will focus on intention setting, winter self-care practices, honoring the natural world, and connecting with your ancestors and others. It is the modern day version of what the Winter Solstice is all about. The rituals and practices of the solstice are meant to be carried FORWARD into the season of winter—a very different energy than the hustle and bustle of our American holiday season. Let's get 2023 off to a great start!

ABOUT NICOLE: Nicole Hendrick Donovan is an author, Reiki Master, sound healer, and a reflective writing guide.
